Kyndred provides AI companion characters for conversation and emotional support. Our companions are AI — they are not real people, therapists, or medical professionals. They should not be used as a substitute for professional help.
You need a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for your account activity. You must be at least 16 years old to use Kyndred.
Don't use Kyndred to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Don't attempt to bypass safety measures or usage limits. Don't share your account with others.
Free accounts have limited voice and text usage. Paid plans (Pro and Max) offer increased limits and are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the app or Stripe billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
AI companions may occasionally produce inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate responses. Kyndred is not liable for any actions taken based on companion conversations. Companions don't have access to the internet, your files, or any systems outside the conversation.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Kyndred after changes means you accept the new terms.
